People have bad days. We can't enjoy May flowers without April showers. Whenever I have a bad day, I like to think that my friends will always be there for me to cheer me up. You see, my friend Frankie had a violin performance today, but she wasn't happy with how it turned out :\ I know she's a Muse fan, so hopefully Plug in Baby will be a good way to start the new day. Just as I started TheMaassMedia, Frankie started her own blog at http://maestromaserati.blogspot.com/
Today was a pretty hectic day for me and my family. I woke up this morning (by morning I mean 2:30 in the afternoon) to the sounds of my dad panicking. This is the same man who gets startled whenever norton anti-virus pops up in the bottom right corner of his PC. This is also the same man who puts empty milk cartons back in the fridge just because "he was in a rush". It was 11:30 at night. I roll out of my bed to see what's wrong, and I could understand why he was upset. His computer crashed and he thought he lost all his files.
I go downstairs to check on my computer, just to make sure mine was fine. I couldn't believe what I saw. It had crashed too. Holy shit. Both the computers in my house just crashed in the same day? Things were looking grim. My mom and I go to Staples to check out some computers, but that was foolish because Staples doesn't even sell computers. Well they had 2 laptops if that counts for something. We venture out in the rain and muck and find ourselves in Best Buy. Long story short I walked home with a new iMac desktop. All I have to say is wow, I love Macs more than PCs. This thing is sick. When we got home later that night, we actually ended up fixing both of our computers. Neither of them have much life in them left, which reminded me of a Bob Dylan song, Everything Is Broken.
Tip of the Day: Don't just think it, do it.
Welcome to Maass Media!
My goal for this blog is to share the music I listen to with as many people as possible. If this is your first time here, all you need to know is that everyday I post good songs from different genres of music. There is a list of genres on the left - clicking on a genre will lead you to a list of songs (with links to hear them) that I have posted on my blog.
Any time you see a portion of text in brown that means it's a link. If you want to leave a comment, click on the comment box at the bottom of the post you want to comment on. Rock on!
